In the experienced hands of Master Distiller Kevin O’Gorman, the distinctive Jameson Pot Still Whiskey is created. Malted and unmalted barley, processed with expertise, form the basis. Maturation takes place in a combination of five different cask types: ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry, American, European and Irish Virgin Oak casks.
This process helps develop the whiskey’s distinctive flavor profile by absorbing a variety of flavors from the different casks.
