Description
The wine is aged on its lees in the bottle 3-4 years before disgorging. The result is a powerful and impressive rose champagne with a nose of plum and leather. Tight, concentrated Pinot flavor with a light almond flower aroma.

The NV Brut Rose is a big, lusty wine bursting with rich, dark red fruit, flowers and mint. This large scaled, broad shouldered wine saturates the palate with layer after layer of flavor. It is a fabulous effort. The Rose is 60% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir and 12% still Pinot, all from Bouzy. This is Lot# 9408. Disgorged January 2011.

With vines in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, this producer has a fine palette at its disposal. The rosé-crisp with Chardonnay yet bolstered with rich Pinot Noir-is full bodied and packed with raspberry and red currant fruit. Still young, it’s lively with acidity and exuberant fruitiness. Drink from 2018.

Bright and mouthwatering, this lively rose offers flavors of nectarine, pink grapefruit granita, oyster shell and blanched almond. A zesty sipper. Disgorged May 2019. Drink now. 1,250 cases made.
