Description

Barr Hill Gin from Caledonia Spirits (founded in Vermont by a beekeeper) uses pure grain spirits as a base to showcase juniper berry and raw honey. Added just before bottling, the honey imparts unique floral qualities that vary with season and blossom. For only two botanicals, it’s a surprisingly complex sipper. A sweeter gin, perfect for a Bee’s Knees or a squeeze of lemon.
