Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delicatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria during a vacation in Croatia in 2014. He was immediately impressed by the wide variety of fine spirits, the hospitality and the exquisite products of this distillery. This gave rise to the idea of dealing with imports.
Aura Delicatessen is a stable family business that has a total of 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.
Aura Wild Pear brandy is a fruit brandy produced by maceration of wild pears in fruit distillate and in the traditional Croatian way. The maceration lasts about half a year. The fruit brandy is bottled without the addition of artificial colors and flavors.
