Sublimating its attributes during the third distillation after its time in cask of which we can see gleams in the glass.Tasting Notes: Crystalline and translucent with light golden gleams that remind us of its aging. Great adhesion in glass forming tears and legs of great body. Very nice and smooth with a range of aromas ranging from fruity, sweet and citrus of orange and grapefruit with notes of syrup from cooked agave, light vanilla and cocoa in a perfect balance of wood without overshadowing the rest of aromas. A distinguished product with harmony and balance with a good aftertaste and sensation in palate; citrus notes, grapefruit and apricot, fresh and light notes of wood and chocolate that make it stand out.
