“Their aperitivo is a fantastic alternative to Aperol and other lightly bitter liqueurs in that style. A neutral spirit is infused for three weeks with various botanicals, including bitter orange, gentian, ginger, and rhubarb. Perfect on it’s own over ice, with soda water, with sparkling wine in a spritz, or in a lighter spin on the Negroni. Bottled at 15% abv with 250 grams of sugar per liter. “
