Description
The name Scharlachberg stands for a long-standing tradition. Introduced in 1920 as Scharlachberg Meisterbrand, this master spirit quickly established itself as the German answer to French cognacs.
Reissued with an updated recipe in 2013, it still offers the fine taste that made it famous. As a digestif, the Scharlachberg Meisterspirituose presents the rich aromas of first-class Rhenish wines in distilled form. In addition, the Scharlachberg spends six months in small wooden barrels made from Limousin oak, which gives it additional depth and complexity.
