This spin on it replaces Gin with both high-proof Tequila and a cheeky float of Mezcal on top. The fantastic Chinola Passion Fruit liqueur ensures you get all the tartness of syrup without losing any of the ever important booze, and a drop of spicy-sassy Jamaican No. 1 bitters from Bittercube up the spice while also nodding to the ginger of the Falernum in the original, without adding any more sweet.
