Since 1989, Trummer Frucht has stood for the preservation of regional orchards and old fruit varieties in southern Burgenland. The family business began with its own fruit pressing plant and has continued to develop over 35 years – from the first production facility to the modern farm store in Pinkafeld. Today, the company employs over 20 people and has been managed by the next generation, Martin Trummer, since January 2022.
Trummer Frucht pays particular attention to Uhudler, an extremely resistant grape variety that thrives without the use of chemical pesticides. This near-natural cultivation method reflects the company’s sustainable philosophy and enables the production of high-quality products in harmony with the environment.
Trummer Frucht Uhudler sparkling white is an elegant, fine-sparkling wine that presents the characteristic aromas of the Uhudler grape in a refreshing and lively form. After careful ageing, the Uhudler is gently bottled and sealed with a natural cork to preserve its freshness and aroma.
