Description
Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.
This sparkling wine, made predominantly from Glera grapes and a small proportion of Pinot Nero, stands out for its fine, long-lasting bubbles that dance elegantly in the glass and herald a rich, aromatic bouquet. The careful combination of grapes gives the wine a special finesse, while the interplay of the bubbles brings out the full flavor and aromas in a unique way.
