Description
The Highland Park distillery was founded by Magnus Eunson in 1798.
Today, the distillery is owned by The Edrington Group. It is the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland and is located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland. Highland Park’s distillery buildings are listed on the Scottish Heritage List and produce around 2.5 million liters of whisky annually.
The Highland Park distillery has taken inspiration for its new product range from the animal kingdom, so each bottling has its own flavor profile.
Loyality of the Wolf reflects the character of the wolf; perfectly balanced with an enormous affinity and matured in a combination of American oak and ex-bourbon casks.
