Description
For the Amaro Montenegro 40 botanicals from different continents are used.
These are then macerated for 20 to 30 days.
After this production process, and the different processing of the botanicals, 12 essences are created. These 12 essences are blended together to create six different aromas.
These aromas are then combined with each other and with alcohol, water and sugar.
The final process is the addition of ‘Il Premio’, the seventh and final flavour.
