Description
The distillery Pfau was founded in 1987 and under the management of Valentin Latschen from a small “cellar distillery” to a quality distillery known throughout Europe. Distillation is carried out exclusively in a copper pot still using the Rauh and Feinbrand processes. Since August 2012, the Schlumberger Wein- und Sektkellerei has held a stake in the Pfau distillery. The single malt is stored in oak barrels for about 7 years.
