Description

Fervella is Albariño from the 30-35 year old Veque vineyard next to the winery. The grapes were pressed whole cluster into stainless steel tank, where they started fermentation. The wine was bottled before fermentation finished and completed fermentation under crown cap for metodo ancestral (pét-nat). Disgorged after 4 months and recapped. Unfined, unfiltered, and no added sulfur.
