The Aeijst Styrian Pale Gin (pronounced Ej-st) is named after the branches of the shrubs in the Styrian dialect, as it gets its characteristic note from being mixed with vegetable aromas.
The botanicals of this gin are first tasted individually and then put together, this creates the basis for an incomparable taste.
