Description
Staff Comments: This is a beautiful Cab Franc that can stand on its own! From San Benito County, CA, this really sings. Blueberries and brambles on the nose; this is medium bodied and elegant. Hints of Earl Grey Tea, white peppercorns, tobacco leaves, cocoa, and toasted lychee nuts. Smooth, and the perfect pairing for charcuterie, beef barbacoa, or Romano cheese.
Easy and smooth with a nice spice in the finish. A great wine for the price point and well suited for everyday consumption. Silver medal S.F. Chronical Wine Competition.
