Description
This fresh and lightly sweetened sherry is made from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes. It is aged under a clear layer that the yeast creates on top of the wine, known as the velo de flor, that prevents the wine from oxidation and gives it its characteristic aroma and flavor. Aging is at least 2 years.
This sherry is golden in color and has a delicate, floral aroma. It is beautiful paired with fresh melon, nuts, pâté and a great companion to Indian food.
