The blend is a complex one, made up of various grapes, dominantly Sultana, Pinot Grigio, Colombard, Chardonnay, and Muscat. 45% of the blend is young brandy around 2 years old, for bright fruit, citrus, and minerality, and the remainder is a range from 10 to 21 years old, lending rich depth, vanilla, nuttiness, savory oak, and spice.
