The grappa is produced in Italy in the Distilleria Bocchino.

A selected marc of the Moscato d’Asti grapes destemmed before distillation.

The distillation takes place in distillation flasks under discontinuous steaming.

The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and for another 18 months in French oak barriques.
