The Bosco del Merlo 360 Ruber Capite is a wine that offers a round and complete tasting experience, characterized by beauty, envelopment, freshness and an optimal balance and harmony.

This cuvee is composed of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. An outstanding detail of this wine is the ageing of 15% of the Merlot portion for at least five years in oak barrels, which intensifies the tertiary organoleptic characteristics of the Merlot. The result is elegant spicy and roasted aromas as well as a distinct boise flavour that characterizes the Bosco del Merlo 360 Ruber Capite.
