Description
Bottega Fragolino Rosso is known for its distinctive taste of freshly picked wild strawberries. The Spago version evokes the rural tradition.
The grapes are harvested in crates and vinified red (must and skins are in contact). Then the wine is fermented in autoclave for seven days with the addition of natural aromas.
It is then cold stabilized for a week at a temperature of -2 ° C and finally filtered and bottled.
