Description
For this extremely fruity liqueur, mainly the lemon variety Femminello, which is widespread in Italy, is used.
This is characterized above all by the fact that it is very resistant and blooms throughout the year. At the peak of ripeness, the lemons are harvested and processed according to traditional methods.
The lemon peels are then infused with alcohol for around 30 days.
The separation of the two components and the subsequent addition of sugar and a dash of grappa creates this fabulous citrus liqueur.
