Description
For this extremely fruity liqueur, we mainly use the lemon variety Femminello, which is widespread in Italy.
This variety is characterised above all by the fact that it is very hardy and blooms all year round. At the peak of ripeness, the lemons are harvested and processed according to traditional methods.
The lemon peels are then infused with alcohol for around 30 days.
The separation of the two components and the subsequent addition of sugar and a dash of grappa creates this fabulous citrus liqueur.
