Description
Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.
Elegance, refinement and the constant pursuit of quality unite Japan and Italy and reflect the essence of their cultures. BOTTEGA – MIABI perfectly embodies this synthesis by combining the traditional Japanese decoration technique of “colored obi” with an Italian Pinot Noir. The wine is made sparkling by the long Charmat method, which significantly refines its complexity and sensory profile.
