Description
Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.
Bottega Star Rosa is a rose-colored Millesimato Spumante made from a combination of Glera and Raboso grapes. With its intense aroma, it is considered the forerunner of Prosecco Rose, as rose wines used to be made in the Treviso wine region from a small proportion of the indigenous Raboso grape, a variety with a long tradition. The eye-catching bottle, which depicts a constellation on its surface, underlines the uniqueness of this wine.
