The Bruichladdich 30 Years Old RE/DEFINE THIRTY is the result of masterful maturation, 100% in bourbon casks. This carefully selected combination includes 50% of the whiskies that have undergone long-term maturation in refill hogsheads and a further 50% that have been transferred to fresh bourbon casks after 20 years of maturation to further refine the flavors. Before the final blend, the whisky undergoes an additional three-month maturation phase in refill bourbon casks.
