A Sparkling Rosé made from handpicked Syrah, Merlot, and Viognier grapes. Naturally sparkling by use of the Ancestral Method. Our PétNat (Petillant Naturel) is bottled before fermentation is complete. The fermentation finishes in the bottle resulting in a naturally carbonated wine. Disgorged for clarity.
