Description
Ca’de’Rocchi La Bastia Amarone della Valpolicella is a high-quality Italian wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone (90 percent) and Rondinella (10 percent). The grapes ripen in the sun-drenched hills to the east of Lake Garda, at an altitude of 150 to 300 meters above sea level.
After careful manual selection, the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, which gives it its complex structure and subtle smokiness. The Ca’de’Rocchi La Bastia Amarone della Valpolicella is sealed with a classic cork and has a residual sugar content of 4.4 g/l, which gives it a pleasant sweetness on the finish.
This Amarone delights wine lovers all over the world with its intense aromas of dark fruit, fine spicy notes and a hint of subtle smokiness.
