Balanced and fresh, with a good concentration and acidity, fresh tannins, red fruits (strawberries, cherries) and a tertiary long finish (tobacco, licorice).
Staff Comments: A rustic Spanish blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Cabernet. This is lighter in style with notes of tart Michigan cherries, brambles, dusty cocoa nibs, and Loganberries. Old and New World wine drinkers will surely enjoy this. Pair it with paella, turkey Reubens, or weekend tapas with cured salami and Spanish olives.
