Double distilled in traditional pot stills, then rested in ex-Bourbon oak casks for 8 months, to achieve a well balanced tequila with a subtle balance between Agave and wood spices, without losing its freshness. Palate is light and smooth, the wood adds spiciness perfecting its personality. Notes of roasted peppers and fresh figs complete the experience
