Description

By macerating the carob fruit in fruit brandy, you get an aromatic drink that will make your thoughts travel to the Mediterranean. It is adorned by a steadfast old gold colour with copper hues and a pleasant and fine scent. The scent is dominated by a note of dry carob, orange zest and baked apple sprinkled with cinnamon. The taste is semi-dry, partially warm, while the aftertaste carries a note of carob and honey spread.
