Tequila Centinela was founded in 1904 and was the first distillery located in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. Centinela means “the one to watch and keep”.The process has been untouched; they combine age-old tradition with new-age technology to provide a new level of consistency in their products. Their Agaves take around 8 years to mature, and are hand selected at their prime from their own Agave pastures.
