The wine itself is a pale yellow with a bit of a green tint and has those fine, consistent bubbles you want. On the nose, it’s got a nice mix of dried lime and mineral notes. It starts off clean and dry but then opens up into something round and smooth—pretty much the perfect balance for a celebratory sip!
