Produce at it’s Chateau de Bonbonnet estate in the Cognac region of France, Citadel is a melange of nineteen botanicals. All juniper is grown on the estate: it is a true chateau-to-bottle gin. Citadelle exudes delicate aromas of fresh flowers highlighted by more assertive citric scents. On the palate, the juniper cedes to spiciness.
