Description
The cane spirit Clairin has long been the national drink across Haiti, made locally village by village, but has only recently been exported. Made in small pot stills and varying in style and methods by producer, what is almost always is intensely flavorful and as layered and complex as the places it hails from. A blend of four Clairins forms the base of an especially vegetal Daiquiri, paired with Cocktail and Sons’ sweet-spicy Honeysuckle & Peppercorn syrup.
