2oz Cocchi rosa, 2 oz Soda water with 4 ice cubes in a tumbler
stir,  grapefruit peel garnish

Negroni Rosa
2/3 oz Gin, we recommend Roby Marton (Italian) Gin
2/3 oz Campari
2/3 oz Cocchi Rosa
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
dash orange bitters
build in a rocks glass over ice, grapefruit peel garnish

Americopa

1 1/2 oz Cocchi Rosa
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
1/4 oz Pamplemousse liqueur
dash orange bitters
combine in a small pitcher or pint glass over ice, stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass, grape fruit peel garnish
