Community Negroni

Description

For the Community Negroni we keep it simple while focusing on classic Italian flavors (and all Italian liquors). 

To make the Community Negroni combine 1 oz of Campari, 1 oz of Elena Sweet Vermouth di Torino, and 1 oz of Mazzetti Gin over ice and stir until very cold before straining into a glass over a large ice cube. Express an orange peel, wipe the orange peel around the rim of the glass and use it for garnish. 

If this is a little too sweet for you try 1 oz of gin and 3/4 oz of the Campari and Vermouth.
