Description
Dark and deep red wine. Aromas of toasted cherry, cassis, cedar, blackberry, and slight hints of black pepper. Firm with a deep concentration of flavors. A delicate and almost silky texture frames soft tannins, which comes at the beginning of their long finish.Pair with oven-roasted lamb, pork, or beef with black pepper sauce and spicy mashed potatoes or spicy sausage with a black olive baguette and Dijon mustard.

The grapes were sourced from vines that grow in the Tinguiririca River banks in Marchigüe, Colchagua Valley. This wine shows tension and a good amount of fruit flavors. Additional notes of cigar box complement the palate. It’s a well-structured and approachable Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva hails from the Colchagua Valley and was aged for 12 months, 80% in oak barrels and the remainder in foudres. The fresh nose presents redcurrant and cherry notes over a bed of oak and pepper. Indulgent in the mouth, a juicy, mildly refreshing acidity stirs up finely grained tannins. A lasting, crowd-pleasing Cab.

An atypical yet user-friendly Cabernet, with forest floor and wood spice accents to the black cherry and plum flavors on a suave, creamy frame. Ends with notes of spices and cola. Drink now. 65,000 cases made, 30,000 cases imported.
