Description
The Cordero di Montezemolo family business is located in the picturesque Langhe region of Piedmont in northern Italy. The family cultivates a total of 38 hectares of organically certified vineyards, from which 11 high-quality DOC wines are produced. One of the winery’s trademarks is its vinification, which is carried out exclusively with minimal wood ageing in order to preserve the purity and character of the grapes.
Cordero di Montezemolo MONFALLETTO Barolo is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. These noble grapes are matured in barriques for 24 months before the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork. The Barolo has an impressive ageing potential of around 20 years, making it a valuable wine for connoisseurs.
This wine represents the traditional, sustainable and careful winemaking that characterizes the Cordero di Montezemolo estate.
