The gin features nine carefully considered botanicals: sweet zesty clementine, cardamom, lavender, grapefruit, bay leaf, black pepper, coriander, angelica, and of course juniper. Especially prominent are refreshing bursts of clementine, warm winter spice and a traditional juniper taste, as well as the signature cloudy glow when ice or tonic is added, a result of the gin being unfiltered.
