Description
The story of the family business Beniamino Maschio begins in the middle of the 19th century in San Pietro di Feletto, Italy. Antonio Maschio built a small distillery and so began the family’s great adventure in the world of grappas.
In 2002, Beniamino Maschio took over the De Bernard winery to produce excellent Prosecco and sparkling wines.
This Prosecco is made from the grape varieties Glera, Verdisco and Perera. The harvest takes place between late September and early October. The grapes are gently pressed and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The Prosecco is aged for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.
