This exquisite Dellavalle Grappa is obtained from the distillation of the best marcs from the most prestigious areas of Monferrato. It is distilled in small stills in a water bath and then aged for 10 years in oak barrels previously used for storing whiskey from Bowmore & Glen Scotia.
