‘Orange’ is made from 90% grüner veltliner and 10% roter traminer, both from single vineyards. They are spontaneously fermented in plastic Speidel tanks on the skins for three weeks, including malolactic fermentation, and matured for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dusty tangerine in color, it opens with delectable aromas of yellow apple and vanilla wafers. On the palate it evokes orange creamsicle – while remaining completely dry! – with layers of sweet apple, spice, and a clean, refreshing finish. Certified organic.
