Limestone soil. Hand harvested. Alcoholic maceration from 15 to 21 days in temperature controlled tank.
Malo lactique fermentation. Aged in tank and used oak foudres. Slight filtration before bottling.
Great, smooth, ripe tannins and fruity cabernet franc wine: Saumur Champigny, the cru of the Loire Valley.
