Derived from 100% Pinot Noir from the limestone/clay soils of Sancerre. This wine was vinified in stainless steel and rested on the lees for six months; this adds depth and complexity. This Rose is pale pink in color and is electric on the palate with an almost tonic quality that quenches the thirst and keeps you coming back for more.
