The 2019 Pernand-Vergelesses Village Blanc has a pleasant, simple nose featuring hints of beeswax and peach skin. The palate is fresh on the entry, offering orange pith, pear and grapefruit, a fine bead of acidity and fine definition on the finish. Suggestions of crème brûlée linger on the aftertaste.
