Description
Vines planted in the 1970s.
The wines are softer than the Morey Trilogie, possess fine tannins, and already reveal their fruity character and aromas in their youth.
The nose is sexy and open, with vivid notes of freshly turned earth and an almost Chambolle-like sense of grace. It is vibrant and delicious in the mouth, with a supple texture and generous red-spectrum fruit that fully enrobes its present but gentle tannins. Often mistaken for Chambolle-Musignys!
