Description
Bright ruby color. Ripe wine, loaded with red fruits on the nose. The mouth feel is concentrated, with soft tannins, and tastes of raspberry, cassis, blueberries and blackberries, with a great length. The body and the fruit of the Nicolas will be perfect with a beef Tartar, leg of lamb, or a pot-au-feu.

The dark-fruited 2020 IGP Côtes Catalanes Nicolas is 100% Grenache and made from vines averaging 65 years of age. Black cherries, with hints of strawberries, garrigue and crushed stone, appear on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is concentrated, framed by dusty tannins and bright acids.
