The Doorly’s brand has a long history dating back to the early 1920s, when Martin Doorly founded the distillery in Barbados. Today, the Doorly’s brand is owned by the Foursquare Distillery, located in the picturesque parish of St. Philip, Barbados. The production process begins with the fermentation of the molasses, using a proprietary yeast strain that Martin Doorly once bred himself.
After fermentation, the rum is distilled in copper stills before maturing in oak barrels. The result is a truly exceptional Dark & Golden Rum that embodies the spirit and tradition of Barbadian rum making and delights both connoisseurs and gourmets alike.
