Description
An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and slightly sweet. It can be drunk neat or with ice. It is recommended as an aperitif or to accompany pasta.

The NV Dry Sack Medium is produced with Palomino and some Pedro Ximénez grapes, but with care not to mark the wine with a lot of PX character. It’s bottled with an average age of seven years and 29 grams of residual sugar. This is one of the better-known brands, and it has an Oloroso character but it’s still quite elegant, not too sweet, with just a touch that would make it quite approachable as an aperitif, with cheese and even as part of cocktails.

Charming, with a frankly off-dry feel to the peach, persimmon and flan flavors. Shows a light sesame accent through the open-knit finish. Drink now. 87,000 cases made.
